We recommend refrigerating cakes at 0-4°C until ready to serve. The cakes are not allowed to sit out for longer than 1 hour.
Mousse & Cream Cakes
Best consumed within 2 days.
ZEN Cakes
We suggest giving them at least 15 minutes (longer if the cake is larger) to stand at room temperature before indulging.

Best consumed on the day of pickup.
