一盒四款口味各一入禮盒裝。

可麗露外形像一個小鈴鐺,所以又有「天使之鈴」之稱,表層則是硬脆又厚實的褐色焦糖外殼,內部是半融化狀的蛋糕糊,散發著雲尼拿味和微微的酒香。

我們於每份份量中加入了一整條雲尼拿枝,全面提升香味。同時也改善了製作方法,令可麗露的表皮比起以前更脆,也更容易維持。

每一顆可麗露都用兩天時間製作,希望能做到傳統法式甜點的味道。
