無論是整體空間設計或是一盞燈、一張椅的擺放，我們在上環新店的每一處都花了很多心思去呈現我們心目中的 Relive Patisserie 。希望能成為以甜品作為主導、重視與人建立連結的一家蛋糕店，也是一個令人遠離喧囂的空間。
Our new Sheung Wan shop is a thoughtful embodiment of our vision—from the overall spatial design down to the placement of every lamp and chair. We aim to create more than just a patisserie that focuses on exquisite desserts, also to build a space that fosters connections and offers a tranquil escape from the busy city life.
我們已陸續更用日本歐牧純生鮮忌廉（OMU Pure Cream）作為忌廉蛋糕的原材料。
「純生」是指製造過程中絕無添加任何乳化劑及安定劑，完整保留原始乳香與新鮮風味的鮮忌廉。歐牧品牌的優質乳源來自日本九洲，多為圈養形式飼養牛隻，以吃大豆、玉米等穀物為主，產出的乳色純白帶有光澤，味道較清爽。
忌廉入口即溶，順滑軟綿，口感不飽膩；搭配內層輕盈鬆軟的海綿蛋糕；每一口都令人有「幸福感」—— 是我們心目中完美忌廉蛋糕必具元素。雖然純生鮮忌廉成本較高且存放時間較短，但其純粹的乳香與輕盈口感卻無可取代，是我們愛不釋手的原材料之一。
Our beloved OMU Pure Cream is made from fresh milk in Kyushu, Japan, without using any artificial additives. The cows are fed grains, producing a pure white colour and refreshing flavour cream.
